Shipping options and prices

Shipping options are as follows:

• FREE Shipping within New Zealand by signed courier, unless Rural Delivery
• Standard International post all other countries, price shown at cart.

Missing Orders:

Because we are limited to very strict 'missing item' rules by post, ALL 'missing items' and 'damage' claims MUST be done within (14 days New Zealand) and (90 days international) from the date of order. Notification made outside this allowance will not be successful. Also, unfortunatly, if any errors are found to be in your address, we simply cannot make a claim.
